Scheduling Coordinator
Lauren has been a valued member of our team for 11 years and currently serves as the Scheduling Coordinator in our Alpharetta office. Known for her warm and welcoming personality, Lauren excels at keeping our schedule organized and running smoothly.
Georgia
Treatment Coordinator
Georgia has been a key part of our practice for 8 years and serves as our Treatment Coordinator. She expertly manages a wide range of responsibilities, including pre-treatment insurance estimates, accounts receivable, and overseeing the pre-certification process for our orthognathic surgery patients.
Kayla
Administrative Assistant
Kayla is our Front Office Administrative Assistant and has been a valued member of our team for 5 years. With her warm and personable demeanor, she plays a vital role in supporting various front office operations—including answering phones, greeting patients, and assisting wherever needed.
Shannon
Marketing Director
Shannon is our Marketing Director and the creative force behind our practice. She graduated from Auburn University and has been with the practice for the past 7 years. She has helped build strong relationships with our network of referring doctors while coordinating continuing education programs and special events.
Danielle
Scheduling Coordinator
Danielle is the Scheduling Coordinator at our Brookhaven office, where she brings warmth, positivity, and a vibrant energy to both patients and staff. She enjoys connecting with patients and takes pride in helping them feel comfortable and cared for—especially as they prepare for surgery.
Kyra
Insurance Coordinator
With over 14 years of experience in both pediatric and general dentistry, Kyra brings a deep passion for patient care to our team. As our Insurance Coordinator, she is dedicated to helping patients navigate their coverage with clarity and ease. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, exploring new destinations, and continually learning and growing both personally and professionally.

Mary is a highly skilled and experienced nurse who has been a valued member of our team for nearly 12 years. Known for both her clinical expertise and her vibrant personality, Mary brings joy and positivity to our office every day. She provides compassionate, empathetic care to our patients.
Sami
Registered Nurse
Sami has been at AOMS for 5 years. Sami is a registered nurse with 17 years of experience, including a background in the Coronary Care Unit at Emory/St. Joseph’s prior to joining Dr. Loetscher’s practice. Known for her compassionate nature and clinical expertise.
Haley
Registered Nurse
Haley earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Auburn University and brings a positive, compassionate presence to our team. Prior to joining our practice, she gained valuable experience working in pediatric operating rooms at Children’s Hospital.
Gloria
Registered Nurse
Gloria earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of West Florida and brings over six years of experience in both bedside and travel nursing. Her diverse clinical background allows her to adapt quickly and provide exceptional care in a variety of settings. Known for her kind and calming presence, Gloria has a natural ability to put patients at ease and ensure they feel comfortable and supported throughout their experience.

Sherry earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Troy University in Alabama. She brings over six years of diverse nursing experience across multiple specialties, including ICU, medical-surgical, and ambulatory care. She is known for her compassionate care and clinical expertise.

Certified Surgical Technician
Casey has been an integral part of our team for 21 years, bringing unmatched skill to her role as a surgical technician. Her calm, personable nature and advanced training ensure that every procedure runs seamlessly. Casey is DAANCE-certified (Dental Anesthesia Assistant National Certification Examination).
Chanell
Surgical Assistant
Chanell is a Certified Expanded Duties Dental Assistant with 16 years of continuous experience in the dental field—a profession she is truly passionate about. For her, the most rewarding aspect of dental assisting is seeing a patient smile, a powerful reminder of why she chose this career. Chanell is DAANCE-certified (Dental Anesthesia Assistant National Certification Examination).
Milea
Surgical Assistant
Milea loves being part of a fast-paced surgical team while helping patients feel comfortable and cared for. She trained as a surgical assistant through hands-on experience and with Emory Healthcare, where she became certified to assist during surgery. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her daughter and runs a successful wedding hair and makeup business on the weekends.

Dental Assistant
Maria joins our team as a Dentist from Venezuela. She has worked in the US as a dental assistant for 2 years. Not only is she a great assistant, she is very skilled in diagnosing and treating dental conditions. She is passionate about ensuring patient comfort and delivering high-quality dental care. Maria is DAANCE-certified (Dental Anesthesia Assistant National Certification Examination).

Dental Assistant
Alyssa has been in the dental field for over four years and is passionate about making a meaningful difference in patients’ confidence and overall well-being. She enjoys working in a hands-on, collaborative environment and being part of a team that helps patients feel their best. Outside of work, Alyssa loves going on walks, listening to music, and spending time with her fiancé.
Meet the Lab Staff
Albert
Lab Technician
Albert considers himself an artist of dentistry, having been in the field for 35 years. Albert’s special interest has always been full mouth rehabilitation, having spent years working with maxillofacial and orthognathic surgery teams. Implant dentistry is his new passion.
Larry
Lab Technician
Larry is one of the most talented digital lab technicians in the state. He has been running our lab since 2016, and prior to that spent 12 years doing digital design work and running mills in a large dental lab. His expertise is in CAD/CAM design of teeth and prosthetics.
Luis
Lab Technician
Luis is a highly skilled dental technician and assistant with extensive expertise in digital dentistry and restorative procedures. Following his graduation from dental school in Costa Rica, he spent more than four years working in private practice.
Stefany
Lab Manager
Stefany helps keep our lab running smoothly by staying organized and making sure all cases are completed on time. She supports the team behind the scenes, making sure everything is where it needs to be so our work stays on track.
