Jannet
Office Manager
Jannet is the office manager at AOMS. She handles all internal operations. She implements new protocols and systems to always keep us up to date. She has been in the dental field for 20 years. With Jannet’s extensive dental knowledge, she is a great asset to our team.
Lauren
Front Desk Concierge &
Scheduling Coordinator
Lauren will be the first person you meet when you arrive, and often is the first person you talk to on the phone. She is a very pleasant individual, and is in charge of keeping the schedule coordinated during our daily activities. She can be your best friend when you need to get in urgently.
Georgia
Treatment Coordinator
Georgia handles many duties, including pre-treatment insurance estimates, accounts receivable, and maintaining contact and relations with our referring doctors. She also oversees the pre-certification process for our orthognathic surgery patients.
Kayla
Administrative Assistant
Kayla is our front office administrative assistant. She helps out around the office wherever she is needed. With her film background, she helps with our marketing videos and is a team member with many hats. With her kind and personable personality she helps answer the phones, greet patients and is always willing to step in when she is needed. We are so glad to have Kayla on our team.
Shannon
Marketing Director
Shannon is the creative force behind our practice. She has a true passion for networking with our team of referring doctors and planning CE courses and events for the practice. Shannon graduated from Auburn University. She is passionate about all things Auburn, loves spending time with her family and friends & going to Lake Martin.
Danielle
Scheduling Coordinator
Her current role is our Brookhaven scheduling coordinator. She enjoys helping and interacting with patients. Our patients and staff enjoy her bubbly, positive personality and radiant smile. Danielle loves to travel, dine out, play tennis and spend time outdoors.

Mary
Registered Nurse
Mary is not only a brilliant and well trained, she has a big personality to make our days joyful and cheery. Mary has been with us for close to 8 years and we feel privileged to have her on our team. She delights our patient with her kind care and empathy.
Sami
Registered Nurse
Sami has 17 years of experience as a registered nurse. Before joining Dr. Loetscher’s practice, she worked in the CCU at Emory/St. Joseph’s. Sami is always readily available for any questions you may have throughout your surgery process. She has such a caring personality and takes great care of our patients. She was born and raised in Johns Creek and currently resides there with her daughter.
Haley
Registered Nurse
Haley received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Auburn University. She brings positivity into her work environment and truly cares for each of her patients. Prior to joining our team, she worked in pediatrics in the operating room and the bedside. In Haley’s free time she loves to play tennis, travel the world, and spend quality time with her family and friends.

Registered Nurse
Gloria received her Bachelor of Nursing at the University of West Florida. She comes to us with 5 years of experience in bedside and travel nursing. Her kind and calm nature puts our patients at ease. In her free time, Gloria enjoys spending time with her son, practicing her archery skills, and being active/outdoors.
Megan
Registered Nurse
Megan received her bachelors of science in nursing at university of Nevada, Las Vegas. She has worked for 2.5 years in the hospital doing bedside nursing before joining our team. Outside of work, she enjoys relaxing at home, working out, going on walks, and spending time with her family.
Casey
Certified Surgical Technician
Casey has been with us for 21 years, and we can’t imagine how a surgical technician could be any more skilled. She has an easy going and delightful personality and her high level of training ensures our procedures run smoothly. Casey is DAANCE certified (Dental Anesthesia Assistant National Certification Examination).
Ashley
Surgical Assistant
Ashley is a certified dental assistant with two years of experience in general dentistry and three years of experience in oral surgery. She was a former student athlete at Jackson State University. She has a passion for helping people and making patients feel comfortable. In her free time, she likes to workout, coach softball, and hang out with friends and family. Ashley is DAANCE certified (Dental Anesthesia Assistant National Certification Examination).
Chanell
Surgical Assistant
I am a certified expanded duties dental assistant who has been in the dental field, that I love, for 16 consecutive years. The most rewarded element of assisting is seeing a patient smile, it reminds me of why I chose this career path. When I am not in scrubs I enjoy being a mother, reading, singing and writing music. Chanell is DAANCE certified (Dental Anesthesia Assistant National Certification Examination).

Dental Assistant
Amelia has been working in dentistry for 2 years. She came from a background of working in cosmetic dentistry. However, she finds the surgical side of dentistry more interesting. She has always had a passion for assisting and enjoys helping patients. She was born and raised in East Cobb. Outside of work, she loves working out, spending time with friends and family and skiing. Dental Assistant
Maria joins our team as a Dentist from Venezuela. She has worked in the US as a dental assistant for 2 years. Not only is she a great assistant, she is very skilled in diagnosing and treating dental conditions. She is passionate about ensuring patient comfort and delivering high-quality dental care. Maria is DAANCE certified (Dental Anesthesia Assistant National Certification Examination).
Meet the Lab Staff
Albert
Lab Technician
Albert considers himself an artist of dentistry, having been in the field for 35 years. Albert’s special interest has always been full mouth rehabilitation, having spent years working with maxillofacial and orthognathic surgery teams. Implant dentistry is his new passion.
Larry
Lab Technician
Larry is one of the most talented digital lab technicians in the state. He has been running our lab since 2016, and prior to that spent 12 years doing digital design work and running mills in a large dental lab. His expertise is in CAD/CAM design of teeth and prosthetics. His experience allows us to incorporate all of our technology – Intra-oral digital scanners, CBCT, milling machines for provisional teeth, and 3D printers for surgical guides, and many others. He has advanced training in a wide range of digital design and milling, including the advance Zirkonzahn system in our facility. He also serves as one of our IT technicians.
Luis
Lab Technician
Luis is a highly skilled dental technician and assistant with extensive expertise in digital dentistry and restorative procedures. Following his graduation from dental school in Costa Rica, he spent more than four years working in private practice. He then relocated to the United States and developed expertise in the use of modern digital equipment, such as intraoral scanners, CBCT, milling machines, and 3D printers.
His expertise lies in ensuring that dental digital criteria are processed accurately and efficiently, resulting in high quality prosthetics that enhance the fit, comfort, and durability of dental restorations. Luis contributes to better clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction by simplifying lab submissions and working directly on the challenging cases.
