Meet Paul Cho, DMD, MD

Dr. Paul Cho was born and raised in New York City. He earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Boston University School of Dental Medicine, graduating summa cum laude at the top of his class. He then completed his residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

During his training, Dr. Cho also earned his medical degree from the UNC School of Medicine and completed a general surgery internship. His residency provided comprehensive experience in all areas of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, with particular emphasis on corrective jaw surgery, dental implants, wisdom teeth removal, and the treatment of jaw tumors, cysts, and facial trauma.

As a child, Dr. Cho loved sketching and art, which fostered an early appreciation for creativity and working with his hands. This passion, combined with his desire to help others, naturally led him to pursue a career in oral surgery. He values the importance of not only surgical expertise, but also compassion and a great bedside manner.

Outside of the office, Dr. Cho loves spending time with his wife and their two sons. A former basketball player, he still enjoys getting on the court whenever he can. He also enjoys traveling with his family – especially to destinations with palm trees, beaches, and great food.
